Your order is protected by our EU Delivery Guarantee. If your package doesn’t arrive, we’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
The guarantee applies to all EU countries, except Bulgaria, Denmark, Hungary, Romania, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Cyprus, France and the Canary Islands.
Note:
- The guarantee does not apply if you choose to exclude your name from the package. By default, your name is included, but you can request to remove it by leaving a note at checkout. However, this increases the risk of the package being stopped or confiscated.
- The guarantee also does not apply if the shipping address is entered incorrectly. To qualify for the guarantee, the address must be entered exactly as it appears on Google Maps. Ensuring the correct address is crucial for successful international delivery.
