Determine your ideal dosage for a single magic truffle session based on your chosen truffle variety, body weight, and desired effect.
Note: This calculator gives an estimate only. Start low if you are unsure and give yourself room to build up. Your experience can be influenced by sensitivity, mindset, setting, stomach content and experience.
Follow for at least 4 weeks before evaluating effects — max 8 weeks before a ~4 week break.
Note: Microdosing should remain subtle. If you experience noticeable effects, lower your dose or pause your protocol.

Harvest just before the veil under the cap tears. After each flush: cold-shock in clean tap water for 12h, drain, and bag it back up.
